Delivery Information & FAQs
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox).
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five to seven working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Cassiefairy - The Tutu Specialist will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Cassiefairy - The Tutu Specialist shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Force Majeure
Cassiefairy - The Tutu Specialist shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
Returns are only accepted due to faulty or missing parts on 'off the peg' item. If you need to return a product purchased from Cassiefairy - The Tutu Specialist then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. Custom-made items 'fairy tutus' and 'tulle skirts' are exempt (see frequently asked questions below).
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Cassiefairy - The Tutu Specialist website, or by phoning us on 07939 017324.
All orders taken before 2pm will be processed and sent for delivery within 48 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to custom-make a tutu?
A custom-made Fairy Tutu by Cassiefairy takes approx three working days to make from the moment you pay for your order to dispatch. This includes time to process the order, sew the tutu, package it and send it out to you. Cassiefairy rarely has a day off, but does not make or dispatch tutus at the weekend or on bank holidays.
How is my tutu delivered?
Following the 3 working days it takes to sew your custom-made tutu, your finished tutu will be posted to you using Royal Mail first class delivery, which usually takes between 1-3 working days to arrive. If you order any additional items these will arrive separately to the custom-made tutu within 3-5 working days from date of order.
Can I get a tutu custom-made in a hurry?
Yes, if you email or telephone me to request a rush order before 11am, I can prioritise your tutu and it will take approx 1 day to make and send. You can pay extra for special delivery which is charged at £3.99 on top of the normal P&P and will reach you the following day.
Can I combine postage on multiple tutu orders?
Yes, if you would like to order more than one custom-made tutu by Cassiefairy to be delivered to the same address, you will only pay £1 per extra tutu included in the parcel. If you order 10+ Cassiefairy tutus, you will get FREE priority delivery and will be eligible for a price discount on every tutu!
Postage can also be combined on Crazy Chick tutus, ruffle pettiskirt and all fairy accessories - the combined shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
Do you deliver to my country?
Cassiefairy now delivers her tutus worldwide, with many having already been shipped as far as Australia and Canada! International delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I make payment for my tutu?
All payments are processed using Paypal for safe & secure card transactions online. You don't need to have a Paypal account to make a card payment. You can pay using Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo cards or by using your existing Paypal balance.

How is a Cassiefairy tutu made?
Cassiefairy's tutu are made from tulle, soft netting, fabrics and organza - which varies depending on your choice of tutu design. These fabrics are layered in 4-6 layers to create a very full, fluffy tutu. The waistband is elastic and your tutu simply pulls on to be worn around the waist or the hips.
What is the length of a Cassiefairy custom-made tutu?
Your tutu strands will be varied in length, depending on the fabric and style chosen, but will typically be 12-13 inches long. Quite often the tutus can be fluffed up to make it shorter if needed!
Can I have a longer length tutu?
Yes, you can choose your length if you would like a longer or shorter tutu. Every additional inch will cost an extra £1 on the price of the tutu. So a standard length tutu costs £14.99, a 14-15 inch long tutu will be £15.99, for 16-17 inches it will cost £16.99 and so on. Extra length is a special order tutu so contact Cassiefairy directly Cassiefairy@tutuswingsandprettythings.com if you would like to order a longer length fairy tutu.
Can I have different colours from the designs online?
Yes, you can have any colours or fabrics that you want - if you can imagine it, Cassiefairy can make it! If you are having a tutu made to match a top, fairy wings or an accessory that you already have, just email a photo of this to Cassiefairy and she'll make a tutu to match. If you like a particular design but would rather add in an extra colour, or take something out, tell Cassiefairy what you're after and she will happily adapt a design to your requirements - contact Cassiefairy directly Cassiefairy@tutuswingsandprettythings.com to discuss your custom-made tutu.
I want a bow on my tutu, is this possible?
You might have noticed that some tutus on the website have a bow on them and some don't. If you would like a bow on your tutu, this is only £1 extra and you can choose whatever colour you like. Please email Cassiefairy if you would like to add a bow to your order.
Can I have my Cassiefairy Tutu altered in the future?
Yes, we offer a tailoring service if you wish to have your custom-made tutus altered at all - the adjustment is completely free of charge and we pay the return postage when sending the tutu back to you, all you would have to pay for is the postage cost to send it in to our workshop to be custom-altered. Can I return my tutu if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, as all tutus are custom-made specifically to your requirements, no returns are possible. As custom-made products are handmade to the individual customer's requirements they cannot be re-sold.
Are the tutus very puffy?
Yes, Cassiefairy's tutus are very fluffy and the fabric strands can either be smoothed down straight or fluffed up for different effects. Hanging the tutu in a steamy bathroom will remove any creases in the fabric so that it falls flatter, and after a couple of wears the tulle will soften up and become less puffy.
How do I care for my Cassiefairy Tutu?
Please lightly sponge clean only and hang in a steamy bathroom to remove creases. Keep well away from fire and mechanical items, and supervise young children whilst wearing.
